Programmer and tuner ?

I recently picked up a 2013 5.0, it has a full exhaust and a JLT CAI. I was told it has some suspension mods too but I haven't checked that yet.

I'm looking for a handheld tuner, leaning towards a SCT.
And a tune, leaning towards VMP.
I'm looking for a good, safe tune.

The car was s not a DD or track car.
