procharger surge valve

Any one know if the stock one is good for alot of power im looking to get about 700 wheel. I will probably see 670 but i want to get up to that. Will the stock surge valve work. I am upgrading to a D1 next year. Do they use the same one or can I just through a tubro blow off on it? any suggestions if i should keep it or any one experiment with any thing

Do you mean the boost by pass valve? I just had to change mine out for the badass $500 one from procharger because my D1 is making to much boost down low and my numbers are on 20 something psi.

Yeah they called it a surge valve in my kit that I had. I called procharger and they said that they dont have any thing bigger then the one i have for my kit. but i want to make sure its going to be cool with 16psi

You either need need 2 Proflow valves, they are black anodized. Or you could go to the big Race valve, it is red in color.
