Procharger leaking..Normal?

So I have a 96 cobra d1sc Procharged, Made 12lbs of boost, now only making 6-7ish. No belt slipping, and the only leak we found by using a soaping water spray down method was on top of the head unit (image below). So i called procharger and they said that this is completely normal...Yet the higher i rev the engine the bigger the bubbles blew. Think this could be where i am losing boost?? Again Procharger swears this is not the issue.

should be a sealed unit. Not sure why it would leak at that spot. I would definitely send it in to have it inspected.

That is what i thought as well, Going to run a pressurized test asap just to make sure.
