Procharger guys need help name of part?

I’ve had this laying around and I’m gonna sell it so I need to know what the name of it is and also if anyone is interested let me know before I list it on eBay.

I can’t seem to connect it on here I don’t know why. It’s a small black bracket with two holes in it. Or if anyone can tell me how to put the photo on.

kit for my car didnt have a piece like that. I would imagine you could find the installation instructions with a google search, should have a complete list of part names and numbers
