I've seen this come up a lot and just happened to be pulling my blower so figured I'd post incase it helps someone else. Procharger ended up sending the shop a bag of spacers to try so sadly I don't have part numbers.
This is based on my 03 Mach - 4valve, single bolt tensioner cover with the procharger bracket for a P1/D1/F1.
It's all the standard 8 rib truck pullies.
Procharger - using their 8rib idler and spacers - the spacers I have are 3.6mm (one on each side)
behind procharger bracket, passenger side - on the top idler - 8.7mm (spacer and a thin washer)
behind procharger bracket, passenger side - on the bottom (ribbed) idler - spacer has the part to center it in the pulley and total thickness is 19.3mm. Without the standoff it would be 16.9-17mm.
Spacer on the blower pulley seems like it might vary a tad based on who ya buy from.
water pump spacer from BGG/GI Joe - was basically impossible to center on the stock water pump, I'm not sure the aftermarket high flow pump is still available but the snout was different and the spacer would seat and be centered. Otherwise I'd recommend machining the lip off the water pump pulley
I'll add pics from my phone later, wanted to do the heavy lifting from an actual keyboard
