Probability of a nitrous backfire with my set up?

I might be over reacting but the main reason I have not been motivated to get my car tuned and use the nitrous is because I'm afraid of a nitrous back fire. The car has a boss manifold with an NX plate kit with an msd window switch. It's not a dig car, just a fun weekend street car that might see a couple track nights a year. What's the best way to keep my chances of destroying the intake or worse to a minimum?

Setting the window switch 2900 to 7400 if your rev limiter is 7500 rpm or higher. will be as safe as it gets

That will be fine. I have sprayed as low as 2100 with my direct port fogger with no problems

I'm running the plate kit with the NX wot module, and window switch, boss IM. My ws is set at 3500-7k, and I'm about to change it to 3200-7300. 7k has it shutting off right about the 1000' mark at the track. Just keep it off the limiter like everyone else said and you'll be fine.

Assuming your limiter was raised with the addition of the Boss IM.
