Price on wheel/tire combo

Im looking to get the 03 cobra wheel in chrome in 17x9/10.5 with nitto 555 in 255/40/17 front and nitto 555r in 315/35/17 in the rear. I know alot of places are out of stock on the 03 cobra 10.5 wheels but I figured i'd try and see if you all had them. How much mounted/balanced and shipped to Viriginia 22312. I ordered my UPR o/r x-pipe from you all like 2 weeks ago and I was pleased with the customer service i recieved and fast shipping.
