PPRV delete question

Hey gang , i just got done wrapping up my PPRV delete and after getting my tank mounted back up and getting all 7 hoses to the tank hooked back up and also making sure the fuel hat is sealed well , i still smell gas fumes .

Is this normal till i get to filling the tank and driving it again ?? Thanks

maybe you just have some gas you spilled on the tank but it should evaporate fairly quickly. Drive it once or twice and after that it should go away. If not you must have a leaks somewhere that you did clamp down properly.

I always seem to smell gas for a bit after dropping the tank. It goes away after a day or two though.
