Powersteering rack boot replacement?

This might be a stupid question but is it possible to replace just the boot on the power steering rack? The boot has a small tear and am hoping this could be a cheap fix.

Well I've been reading and if the boot is leaking this means the seals are worn out. So sounds like I need a new PS rack.
