After doing the big 3 wire upgrade on my 99 GT and ruining the underhood fuse box trying to remove the nut i noticed alot of things stopped working including engine fan. After replacing fusebox and harness everything was working again except the power windows,mirrors and door locks. Underhood fuse is good and cabin fuse is good but it is getting hot. The keyless remote still locks and unlocks the doors but no switches in the car work including passenger side.Any suggestions? Maybe GEM module fried ?
