Power Window and Radio issue...any ideas

Vehicle 2003 Cobra. Here is my issue...I was driving on the HWY and my windows, radio, wideband and aftermarket gauges quit working. I checked all of my relays and fuses and they are all functioning properly. At that point I disconnected power and grounds to all aftermarket devices. I can get my radio and windows to function when the ignition switch is in the reverse postion but will not function while the igition switch is in the forward position. Could this be a bad or failing ignition switch? Everything else seems to be working fine.

Replaced ignition switch and still have the issue.
