Power steering leak from 2 places

my ps pump started making a noise when i turned the wheel parked or at slow speed today. check the res. and it was a little low, about a 1/2 inch below the min mark. jacked up the car and i see 2 leaks. Any ideas on the fix? thanks

and here. the fluid gunk was black, no red not sure if it was just very dirty ps fluid or maybe just some oil mess i did not clean up enough when i change the oil filter a few weeks ago.

there was a little drop of red fluid building up where this pipe goes into the boot

there was also what looked like a little oil on the tire rod thread

its no help but mine leaks on the top line by the res.

looks like the drivers side seal gave out. Squeeze the boot, hear any suction or fluid coming out?

thanks for the link. going to check it out tonight, it is up on jackstands in my garage. would the steering feel a little loose if the fluid was a little low or if the rack blew a seal?

Yes, mine did but not terribly noticeable

yeah it is just a little, just enough for me to not know if it is looser or i am being paranoid!!!
