The other day I moved my drivers seat to vac it out and noticed red plastic shavings around the seat track and now the seat won't move forward or back. I made an appointment at ford so I guess they will replace what needs to be. Anyone else have any seat problems?
Also is there a polite way to say, don't open the hood or update my computer?

This may be obvious but did you check the fuze?

Not sure how not to tell them not to check under the hood. I am assuming you don't want them to see the mods. If they look under the hood that has nothing to do with the seat going out and it should be covered under warranty.

I checked the fuses and even took the seat out and tested the seat motors. Have power at the switch and motor contacts. Motor just clicks
