In one of the pics looks like either some of the coating on the rotor is coming off or there was rotor contact. Are the rotors tight? Make any noise that it should not make? What RPM were you spinning this at? Did Posi install new bearings and check clearances when this was done?

The blower was checked and ported by Posi in 2010. It appears its just the paint pealing off the blades. It sounds and spins fine. I never spun it past redline in fear of blowing the motor with the 10% lower pulley
