Hey guys I'm doing a H122 swap in my 03 cobra and I'm porting it myself. If you GT500 guys have any pics of your ported blowers could you please post some pics? Thanks

Not true. Porting the stock blower can have some good gain just ask all the guys that had the posi ports on there stock gt500 blower. But for the money these days upgrading to the tvs is a great option.

All said and done I'll have like $1400 in this build. A new TVS is like $3300. It's a lot cheaper to do the H122 swap. And the number are pretty good.

Me32 is right I picked up ~40whp with my posi port and it cost me 500. Tell me if that was worth the money, especially if the op is doing the work himself? I think I have some pics I'll try to post up later, truly a work of art. To bad posi isn't doing these anymore, I like my current setup so much I'll almost be sad when I do my blower swap but the time has come.

Yeah, I'm with Nightride. I picked up 30 or so RWHP with my Posi Port and it was great bang for the buck. For a very modest dollar outlay my setup is nearly at 600 on a street tune with an upper pulley only. The GT500 blower is bigger and has better flow characteristics than it's 03/04' counterpart, but will still respond well to porting. Along with Nightride's pictures, you may want to contact Posi himself on his porting approach. He's a great guy.

And used TVS's for $1,400 come along about as often as the 29th of February.....
