I know this is a little old, but to help some guys out.
Any local hobby shop (one they sell RC cars, airplanes, helicopters, Etc) will carry the CA glue and accelerator, and any brand will do this repair just fine. If you are a bit of a snob though I personally think the "zap" brand ca glue is far superior to others. It does cost a bit more but it is better quality and lasts longer. Also store the bottle in the fridge, it will last several months longer.
