Hey guys, I'm not sure if it's better to post here or Show n Shine, but quick question. I want to polish my exhaust before installing it (Borla), and I read the old thread that detailed how to polish the exhaust with wet sanding stages. Question is, Can you not just use a power sander and the same grit sandpaper to speed up the process, instead of sanding by hand? I figure there has to be a reason nobody does it with a power sander since I'd think it would be much quicker and easier.
If that's not a good idea, I guess just do it by hand per the thread isntructions. Thanks.

I just finished mine this week! Tips that I would do differently. 1. Don't use the flapper wheel. 2. Power/palm sander worked well in the lower numbered grits it did speed up the process, but had to do it by hand with the higher grit papers. 3. Wool wheel or pad used in the polishing stage
