Po456 dtc

Got the engine light on my car yesterday, so i hooked up the xcal3 and it gave me a dtc code of po456 which is Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (very small leak). Can someone explain to me if this is something minor or should i not drive the car until i have it looked at? Thanks in advance

Your gas cap may be loose, re tighten. Bill
