Please help: WTB rotors/pads

Well gentlemen,

I really need new rotors and pads and don't need to spend a lot of money. I have 1 month until graduation and don't have tons of money. Can anyone lead me to the cheapest pads/rotors that work well?

OK, well I have searched on f150online and went to tirerack to price pads/rotors.

Are the Brembo replacement rotors $102 each and Akebono ProACT Ceramic Pads (Material: Ceramic) $89 a good choice?

Brembo is a very good name in brakes. I have never used ceramic pads so I cannothelp you there.
Other names to look into are powerslot rotors
If you want to upgrade a bit look into Ruslow Stan has a good set but they are a bit more.
How much are stock rotors? they may be the lowest price of all
Try ford parts on line for prices I do not have their address here now but a search should find them
