If you have a windows laptop can download forscan for free and get the dongle off Amazon (chorded or Bluetooth). You can actually record and play it back this way.No it was chip tuned (sct?) by Pro Dyno probably 15 years ago.
Or a Bluetooth obd2 dongle and like the torque app on your phone, not sure if that records though which means you’d have to be looking at it or have a passenger watch. The PIDs for fuel pressure should be easy to find
