Thank you ahead of time for your assistance:

So the other day my car got up to 220+ degrees. Car has never gone north of 210 degrees ever. Now when sitting in traffic with AC on or off it starts its journey up to overheat.

I have less than 10k miles on the rebuilt motor, water pump, new radiator. Car is supercharged, no intercooler or water to air kit, tuned at 6lbs.

What am i missing here? I also have a oil leak on the driver's side valve cover in the rear. the oil is just seeping up and sitting on the curve of the cover.

Cheers,

John

My 95 used to get up to 220 any time it got stuck in traffic with stock settings.
That is about where they were designed to run pretty much.
Weird that it just started doing this but unless it keeps going up and gets hotter than that I would not worry.
