Playing with brake dust......

well, i was cleaning my wheels today (it's been a week, i know, i suck) Anyways, i was wondering if anyone had powdercoated their wheels like this:

i'm kinda thinking of painting the inserts dark silver or maybe black and would like a few opinions, bad or good.

ahhh, i see. It looked like a shadow from the pic. Thanks for clearing that up!! No, to answer your question though. Painting the rims white looks great, but brake dust is a pain also. So i see where your coming from.

I've thought the same thing for a while now. I think it would look really good on my black L but of course, I want to see it first before I do it. Go for it.

You can't really powdercoat just that section, the edge of the coat would look pretty rough. (wrinkled kinda).

Auto body/paint will work though!!!
