Well, I have been tinkering on this thing during the snow/ice/ and spare time lately.

Here's what it is so far:

1/27 Bburago 1999 Lightning, red

Mods:

-Removed old blower/air intake/tanks/etc (by grinding them off, haha)
-"Whipple 3.4" -- ( HAHA )
-Crusher inlet/ Huge CAI (metal brake line- polished)
-Heat exchanger (not visible in pics)
-Aluminum expansion tank
-Edelbrock Nitrous kit
-HUGE drilled rotors (the wheels still turn/roll freely)
-Custom full cage with 2 sets of door bars (short and long)- and drilled back glass to make it even more realistic
-Carpeted interior, bed floor, and custom underhood mat
-Whipple decal (s)
-Other odds and ends

That is pretty badass!!!

but what about brake calipers? do they never come with that?

Haha, I know, i know... I'm gonna have to figure something out though when I can get around to it. I have something in mind for calipers..

And the orange peel sucks! I guess if I left it like that it would be just like OEM Ford paint, :rolling:

I may man up and wetsand/buff it one day

Thats amazing man. I am working on a 1970 Boss 429 right now myself, and I am trying to make it really detailed like you have.
