Just a couple pics my brothers took of me at the new drag strip. Cant wait till I really get to rip into this place. To bad my one run down wasnt timed. This is the first 4 lane drag strip around and is very state of the art. Cant wait for test and tune events to come. Enjoy

I was really surprised about the track, didnt know it was 4 lanes till I got there. Gonna be some great racing here. NHRA is coming Sept. 11-14 with all the big boys. Hoping to make it out for that one. Nothing like Nitro Methane to get the blood going.

That was the drive down, they allowed every one to drive down first just to say the rode on the track. Then the first 200 Street Cars got to run wide open. I was # 110 out of 200. My brothers 04 Cobra was #8. He got there early. But they didnt want any drag cars or anything like that on the track that day. Only street cars and there were some fast ones there.

They didnt run any times that day, just had cops on the other end running radar to tell how fast people were going, I was at 120+ at the end.

Ill get more pics up, they will not run both lanes at once for safety, he did that so if there is an oil down or wreck, they can just move to the other side and continue. No times that day on the runs, they didnt have the lights setup yet and they said they may have not been accurate, they werent dialed in yet or something from what they were telling us.
