Physical difference between 12 and 13 exhaust?

Is there any physical difference in exhaust between the '12s and the '13s? For GTs specifically? I ask because I'm contemplating this (JEGS Performance Products 31162 JEGS 2011-12 Mustang GT Exhaust) but it says for '11-'12. But then I see cat backs such as this (Borla Stinger Catback Mustang Exhaust (11-14 GT) 140370 - Free Shipping!) that say '11-'14. THEN I noticed that the American Thunder cat back is different for '11-'12 and '13-'14 (Flowmaster Mustang American Thunder Catback (11-12 GT) 817500 - Free Shipping! and Flowmaster Mustang American Thunder Catback (13-14 GT) 817587 - Free Shipping!). Confused. Thanks in advance.

The only difference I could think of would be how far the tips stick out. The '13s and '14s don't have that ugly plastic on the bottom of the bumper so it makes the tips appear to be stuck out a bit further than what it looks like on the '11s and '12s.

Everything looks the same as my '11 on this '13. I used the same GT500 mufflers I used on the '11 with no problem on this car.

The '13+ GT500s have the quad tips and a different rear valance.

How does that sound? I'm guessing good since I've only heard good things about the GT500 ABs, but how's the volume? Specifically at idle? Thanks.

I have that set up too, but had to trim the h-pipe after i lowered my car to make it fit right.

With the pypes pype bomb axle back it says it fits 11-14 on AM me and my friend with a '12 both got our sets. His fit his valence perfectly. With mine, both my were touching the outer side of the valence.

For those who have the jegs and/or hearthrob kit similar to the original post I linked, did you have fitment issues? Apparently that's not uncommon.

It takes some finesse. But it fits ok. As far as mufflers I'm going to try magnaflow#11236 Custom mandrel bent install. They will be installed tomorrow I'll record sound as well

Got a great deal on mufflers new just try something different. Gt500 sound great don't get me wrong. But everyone has them. If don't like the sound I'll sell them
