Photshop request

I have seen every year rim in black with polished lip but 99/00s. Is there anyone out there that can photoshop this rim black with polished lip for me and remove the balancing weight? I am looking to do this to my stock rims. I would like the polished part to start about where the edge of the weight is on the inside right near the start of the spoke if possible.
