Photoshop help please....

I've never worked with photoshop so could someone please help me? I want to paint my hood stripes on my car but I would like to see it first. So could you make this orange car yellow? Thanks for the help....

Dont know why I didnt think of this earlier. ARODSVT has what you want. I like it, think I may get black wheels soon too. How did you tint the tail lights? I like that they arent extremely dark

I used VHT nightshades, First get some clear Adhesion Promoter, spray and let dry. Then i did 3 coats of of the nightshades and let it dry then wet sanded with 1500 grit and buffed with the mothers ball for paint and 3M compund and wax.
