Photoshop help - not car related

I didn't want to post in Pic/Vid as I am not attaching a pic.

Is anyone on here proficient with photoshop? I am not looking for new wheels on my car.

I have a picture of a symbol painted on one of the walls in my business and I want to turn it into its own file so I can get stickers made and such.

Can anyone here do that? If so I will go to PMs
If not to reddit I go.

You're going to need it as a scaleable vector for stickers and such. I wish I could help but I'm buried right now.
