I'm thinking of getting and 95 Lightning. (which I have asked about on here) I want to make it faster but still want to keep it drivable and to still tow with it. I'm think of nitrous just because I have about 5 kit's laying around the house ready to go on it. LOL I'm going to put a new timing chain in it just because it has a 133,000 miles. When I put a timing chain in it could I put a cam it in or something? What would be a good cam? Is it a roller motor? I have a F303 cam I could put in it or a B303. Don't know anything about this truck yet. How easy is it to convert to mass air?

I want to mass it and put a full exhaust on it and just mainly want to know what to do next.

It must be a SD friendly camshaft or it won't idle. I would look at the 5.0 HO stock roller camshaft as an upgrade from stock. Put some 1.7 RR's with it and you get a roller cam, little more duration, little more lift, and a smoother idle. Don't forget the hardened dist gear or you'll be cussing later.
