Performance mods: What should I do next???

8 yur ss, i dont get that lil trick with the rear end, what are you doing putting washers on it so the springs cant travel as far?

Take the snubber off. Go to a home depo, buy longer bolts for it(two). Buy a bunch of big washers. Put a stack os washers on the slapper bar in line with the bolt hole for the snubber. Put the snubber in there and add or remove washers till you get the snubber just below the bottom of the leaf spring. I hope that made sence

All this does is stop the leaf springs from flexing in to an S figure. It will stop wheel hop

I got offered a set of underdrive pullies buy a guy (from this site I believe) who sold his truck. To those who have these installed... is it worth the investment? I'm not worried about exact H.P. figures, but can you feel the difference? He's selling them for $65.00. I was curious, as I wanted to get some feedback so I can tell him yes or no.

thats a good price, if they are aluminum. I didnt feel a difference when i got mine way back when.

Yup, I didn't really feel a difference either. But they were cheap, and easy to put on, so I did them. FWIW I got mine brand new poader coated from summit for $100 after shipping here to Hawaii (next day air-$$$)
