People with Canton oil pans.....

I want to put one of these Canton oil pans on my car. My question is, will this fit with the stock K member? I have heard of people needing to modify (cut) the K-member to make it work. Dont want to have to do that...Also can I use the stock cobra pickup tube?

Mine fit fine. I had to chop off the scraper on the pickup, to clear the windage trey but that was it...
