If you're just swapping the same kind of pedal, here's a couple of points. First, use a blow dryer to warm up the rubber on the clutch and break pedals. They twist off really easy. Warm the new ones up the same way and install. The gas pedal has to be removed. I think 3 bolts. The pedal cover is held on by a screw. So just take it off and put the new one on.

Check the instructions for the drill bit size you need. Go to Lowes and get a titanium drill bit. I found it easier to trace the screw holes for the new pedals on a stick from the lowes paint counter. Trace holes for both the clutch and brake pedals. Drill holes through the stick. Place the stick on the bare metal pedals (without the new pedals) and drill the holes.
