Paxton intercooler on a Vortech S-Trim?

anyone try out a Paxton intercooler on a Vortech S-Trim kit for a 97 Cobra?

i don't want to mess with relocating the battery and installing all of that crap with a Vortech aftercooler.

I looked at a couple of used Vortech after coolers and I figured that they would be a PIA so I am going with the Paxton kit this coming spring. There are a couple of modifications needed to make it work. Reclocking the SC and trimming the piping are all I have heard so it shouldn't be a big deal.
