K060997HD 100.250 Inch or K060994HD 99.865 Inch? Also what hole do I run the idler pulley in for this pulley and belt setup?

k060997hd is what beefcake sells with his torque booster package. I am not sure which hole you put the idler in, but i think it stays in the same place it was in with 3.8 pulley. The new belt is 3 inches smaller.

No. I am using a 100 5/8" belt. Went in fourth hole from left. You will also need to be in the fourth from the left.

Just FYI, i got both belts. The K060997HD started slipping at 6k+, the K060994HD one was the best for this setup. Also to note, I have a late model 2014 (built Feb. 15, 2014) and I have the 3 bolt water pump. The 4 bolt water pump pulley in the kit wont work, so you have to use the stock one. The stock pulley is slightly smaller than the Vortech/Paxton one. So if you run this set up run the K060994HD belt with the 3.33 pulley and the idler pulley in the 4th hole from the left. If you have the 4 bolt water pump run the K060997HD with the idler in the 4th hole from the left.

Same question but for a vortech head unit, which hole for a 3.33 with the K061000HD belt?

Also, is there an easy way to swap belts on the vortech or is the blower coming off?

same hole

loosen the bracket, unbolt the idler from the bottom that holds the belt in

feed through bottom, and reverse

I would add take fan shroud out makes life alot easier which I also loosened the top mounting brackets on radiator to get shroud out made life a lot easier for my hands and my poor wrenching skills.
