Hey guys just a fyi for those wondering. Bought an 03 out of florida with BBK long tubes and catted xpipe. Knew it would not pass. Installed JBA tubular smog legal headers with FM catted h pipe. K&N, stock mass air, stock 39lb injectors, pullied, and reinstalled all the smog equipment bought off of ebay. Car Passed and now registered. By the way no issues installing the FM catted H for the most part to the Flowmaster cat back exhaust previously installed on the car.

JBA Headers

Got the headers from JBA threw amazon http://JBA 1625S-7JT 1-5/8" Shorty Stainless Steel Titanium Ceramic Exhaust Header for Cobra 4.6L And even though they have an E.O.# i had them shipped to a friend in Az. then to me for 100.00. Hope this help
