Passenger side inner tire wear help??

So doing my header install I noticed the inside of the passenger side tire is wore out like the car is riding on it. The car has stock suspesion on it. Could this be a bad strut? The car has had an alienment done before I got it 2 years ago. When I drive the car I do notice a knocking noise from that side. Or if i push down on the car i can hear that strut making a knocking noise. Bad strut??

How many miles on it? Notice any rub marks in the fenderwell? Sounds like the strut. You can send it to Bilstein to get revalved

52000 miles. No rub marks. Ya I was thinking about going to summit racing an buying a new one.
