I have a few questions for the modular tuning experts on the forum. How does the GT500 handle part-throttle boost fueling? Does it richen up past stoich in closed loop?
I was speaking with a friend of mine the other day who was looking to supercharge his Challenger, but he found there's no way to enrich the fuel in closed loop so it was either walk on the wild side boosting at 14.7:1 until open loop is achieved, or turn the bypass valve up so that boost is avoided until WOT.
That got me thinking about how factory supercharged cars manage it. I assume they have some kind of boost enrichment table that can be accessed in closed loop? If so, does anyone know what AFRs it uses at part throttle and 1,2,3,4, etc PSI?
