I'm looking to clean up my sra. i didnt have much time to swap rears neatly because of time restraints of one night. I got a sra out of a mach 1 that had about 80k miles on it and it looks like it. im looking to give it a fresh coat of paint. it has surface rust and dirt. any tips on how to give it a decent rattle can job, wire bruch, acetone, primer?

When I did the 8.8 in my 91. I just cleaned off most of the rust with sandpaper and wire brushes. Then put some primer coats on it and a few coats of rustoleum. Looks real good.
