I have been on an internal battle now for weeks on this issue!
I know it is my car and its up to me....BUT, What looks better to you!?
Painted Rockers/rear valance....or leave as is?

Here is the car as is:

Here is the photoshop of the painted rockers/rear valance.
If I did this I would replace the RTR Side Splitters with TruCarbon side splitters to match my front Carbon Fiber splitter.
Saleen quarter window louver shown...not set on that idea.

Looks a bit egg like if you paint it white.

I used Forever Black on all my plastic trim. Looks great in my opinion.

Leave it black. The front and rear lower valance/spoilers will look odd having only the rockers painted. The black helps break up the cars from looking bulky IMO. If you look at a '12 and a '13, the '13 seems to look bigger being a single uniform color.

I think the way he has it in the photoshop pic looks better. With the front valance still black. I don't love it but don't hate it. Thankfully I have a black car and don't have to make this decision. lol

I say leave em black, it really does help break up all the color.. I was thinking about painting mine but decided to stay black, i painted my cs fascia and saleen grille though
