Anybody else have the paint on the plastic door skins bubble? I hand washed my car last week and all was fine, today I notice that right below the pass. door handle there is a spot about 3"-4" in diameter that has about a dozen or more bubbles.

Plastic door skin? I thought our doors were steel. I know the driver's side door is steel because I had the key hole welded up and smoothed out. I would guess you have got a little rust starting. Have any pics?

My mistake, they are steel. Doesn't Ford have a 5 year warranty on body panels that rust through? I'm sure mine is only surface rust but you never know.
Are you talking about the "dew-wipes" on the door edge/glass?? If so, those do bubble because they rot. My 03 is fine, my 96 is fine, but the 100K+ 94-98 Mustangs I've had in the yard here have been rotting because they are high mileage and prolly sit outside all their life.
