does anybody know what wires to tap in the trunk for the switched 12v source and the hot wire to the battery? Also do I leave the stock wires hooked up to the pump? gonna do this tomorrow so kinda in the need of some quick help. Thanks
I am using the painless wiring setup in my car. the stock wires will be replaced with the new wires from the relay. for the 12v source- simply tap into the wiring before the PATS trigger, iirc it's the brown/pink wire. I can look for sure tonight with colors for you.
That would be great thanks! I could always get the test light out if need be, but just figured Id ask and see if anybody could tell me which exact wires so I can just get right in there and right out.
alright so the red goes to the battery. black is ground to chassis. blue is chassis ground to fuel pump. little yellow will splice into the brown/pink wire going to the antitheft switch in the trunk. big yellow is power for the pump.
