I'm running the 4.5 7psi is it too much on the stock block for the 4.25 pulley on 93?

I am running a stage 2 p1sc with the 4.25 pulley on 93. Also have a bap, plugs, and id1000 injectors. 9psi at around 7500rpm with boss mani. Not to many miles but no problems yet. Car runs perfect.

Did you jump straight to the 4.25 pulley? I have the same setup minus the boss mani and I have 3.31 gears

I'll probably switch it to the 4.25 next spring. The 4.5 pulls hard way up top In the rpm. I might do a wastegate setup I'm not sure yet figured I would try the 4.25 first. I'm hopping to be able to run mid 10s once I get it sorted out.

I thought about a wastegate setup at first but with the 3.73s it gets into the boost really quick. I can see a wastegate being more beneficial with the taller gearing. I am still on the stock 255/40 P-Zeros (LOL) and they have broken loose at 80+ in third gear. Going to a 305 rear tire setup after the winter. If it still blows the tires off in second I will switch to the 3.31s at some point. Boost is a lot of fun:):)

I have 305 nitto drag radials and I have to pedal it but it's only 50 degrees hear so it's hard to keep heat in the tires. Im already itching for more boost I hope I don't need a bap for it

If you are upping the boost to 9psi+ a BAP is highly recommended. And you should definitely have bigger injectors.

From notes, my P1SC1, stock pulley was 4.38", per Prochager every .1 reduction is ~ 1 psi. If I remember right, I'm running a 3.85", 12 psi, wastegated down to 9 psi.

Stock, id1000s, BAP, meth
