P0174 lean bank 2. where to start

P0174 lean bank 2. getting closer

after cleaning the IMRCs i pulled P0174 with a check engien light. I have been told about the spark plug gap, exhaust leak befor the O2 senser.

my question is what caused your problem and what fix it????

Of course mine was exhust leak where the H-pipe bolts to the manifold.

How old are the O2s?
may need changing. And according to the other thread you need to close the gap on the plugs to .054

That could very well be the problem.

If I remember correctly it is recommended to change them around 50,000. Nobody but me does it though. lol

I found out two things today. as im trying to change my fuel filter and realalise that ford put duck bill fittings on the exturnal filter. and that i have lean codes in both banks it hits me :idea:. im geting air in to the plyium after the intake sencer. so i must have an air leak from the IMRC cleaning i did last weekend. one of the gaskets may have shifted during reasimbley. what do yall think sound logical??????????

Possible, it would be a small leak though, unmetered air usually makes it run like crap.

i think mine was a bad spark plug wire!
