Thought I fixed the lean code as the mac cold air was a little loose on one side. Cleaned the MAF and tightened everything up and was good for several days and code returned. Starting to think it's this pos mac cai witht the bend that causing it at part throttle. Thinking it's time for a jlt rai, question is could this cai be causing the code. Only happens normal driving at part throttle.

I don't see why the intake could be causing that code... unless there was a leak. disconnect everything from the TB to the filter, clean the maf, and tighten back up. It defintly sounds a vac leak due to the code being thrown under "cruising" conditions.

- On another note did you remember to disconnect the battery after you tightened it up and cleaned the maf the 1st time? You can clear the code with an sct but the cycle is still in there. You have to disconnect the battery to "break" this cycle, and let your pcm re-learn everything again.

Are you able to datalog? Have you tried swopping the precat oxygen sensor to check if the fault follows the sensor?
