p/c monitor brightness?

what do you all have yours set at? full bright ? or just i little off of bright ? or min brightness.?

aksing because of eyes are hurting?

i been haven it one the brightest setting for about 3 yrs. i just turned it down almost to the dimest now. ?

I have a 21" CRT and I usually keep my brightness at around 25% and the contrast at 100%.

I go to this site and calibrate my brightness and contrast accordingly...
