Owner guide 2003

Hi,

I have an Ford F150 owner guide with the black Ford SVT wallet.
I want to give away to an owner of a lightening 2003 or 2004,need proof of ownership.
I ditch mine with 32 500 (patch of ice),no part available so was a total loss.
Just want to make someone happy!
