After installing a 180 t stat my temps are around 214 just idleing and when driving they reached 244??? I also noticed my ic resivore is not circulating Idk if that has a factor or not. I thought the ic was just for iat's. Any help would be awesome

Sounds like a possibility of 2 simultaneous issues.
1. Clearly something is wrong with your IC pump if the IC coolant isn't circulating at some point. I've run my car with a dead IC pump and the temps were in the 220Fs.
2. 244F sounds just a bit high to be only a result of a dead IC pump. Are you certain you've properly burped the engine's cooling system? Can be tricky getting rid of the air in the system after you've opened the system up.
You'll be alright. Clean IC pump or replace it altogether if you feel more comfortable and re-burp your engine's cooling system. I'm assuming you're not having any issues with your radiator fan since you didn't report any issues prior to the t-stat replacement. But make sure its coming on when it should to eliminate that also as an issue.

You need to prime the i/c pump. It is probably air locked.
