Overdrive Question

My truck will not go into overdrive. When I press my button on my shifter nothing happens. Would this be a fuse problem? Where should I start diagnosing the problem?

I'm no expert but the fusebox is the first place I'd look.

Yeah, that's what I tried first. I changed the #29 Fuse and it changed nothing.
