Our ATT internet / TV service has been spotty the past few days. I asked them to come back again. Tech checked outside and our signal was too high. He climbed up the pole in the back and discovered squirrels chewed the fiber line running back to the pole. At various places. He had to replace the entire fiber line from the house to the lateral line to the pole. We will not be charged because that's outside the house and not related to our Beagles. He also told me it keeps them busy so they don't mind doing it.
It's a good thing we can use our iPhones as hotspots as a backup. My wife was able to work and connect to VPN via her iPhone's hotspot.
