Ordered 9145/H10 Bulbs- Got These?

I ordered 8000k 9145 bulbs the other day to get my foglights to match the headlights.

This is what they sent me. I was expecting just two bulbs. Maybe I'm clueless, but I have no idea what I've got here.

Any help?

Those are HIDs.....you will need a ballast for each bulb otherwise they are useless

I already found the actual bulbs I need.

those plug into ballast. wich are hard wired.. DO NOT SPLICE THOSE WIRES on what you have there.. buy a ballast, hard wire the ballast to your power source & have some bright ASS bulbs.
